The A60 / H60 shelters IPM-MONDIA are constructed from a fully welded metal shell to ensure:

structural rigidity
Mechanical continuity
fire interface control
Overall waterproofing of the structure

Fire insulation is specified according to project requirements and may include:

high-density rock wool
high-temperature ceramic wool
specific offshore thermal protection

The insulation panels are secured to studs welded directly into the structure to ensure:

mechanical strength of insulation
thermal stability
continuity of fire protection
long-term performance durability

An interior finish using sandwich panels then provides:

smooth interior walls
easier integration of equipment
simplified maintenance
a clean and durable industrial finish

🏗️ Handling & lifting suitable for offshore installations

IPM-MONDIA offshore shelters are generally designed for top-entry lifting with:

ISO corners
reinforced lifting lugs
structures suitable for offshore or onshore handling

Depending on project constraints, a bottom-lifting arrangement can also be incorporated to meet specific on-site installation and operational requirements.
