FIRE-RATED PANELS MANUFACTURED IN OUR FACTORY
IPM-MONDIA designs and manufactures fire-resistant sandwich panels in its own factory for technical shelters, shelters and sensitive infrastructure.
This in-house manufacturing process ensures control over quality, traceability and the adaptation of the panels to the project’s requirements.
1H & 2H FIRE-RATING PERFORMANCE
Our fire-rated sandwich panels can be supplied to meet project requirements:

FROM FIRE-RESISTANT PANELS TO A COMPLETE SHELTER
A fire-resistant panel alone is not always sufficient to guarantee the performance of a complete technical shelter.
The final performance also depends on:
- of joints
- corners
- roof
- doors
- technical interfaces
- the overall assembly of the shelter
That is why IPM-MONDIA clearly distinguishes between the performance of the fire-resistant panel and the certification of the complete shelter.
The technical data sheet explains that the EFECTIS tests covered the walls, roof, corners, joints and assembly of the complete shelter.
SECURITY VARIANTS
Burglar-proof and ballistic
In addition to fire resistance, the panels can incorporate security variants:
- CR2 burglar-resistant armour
- CR4 anti-burglary armour
- FB1 ballistic protection combined with CR4 armour
These variants allow the panels to be adapted to the requirements of sensitive sites, critical infrastructure and high-risk environments.
