Choice of materials

Interior cladding:
unfinished timber, paint, rolled PVC, chequered aluminium sheet, non-slip rolled polyester
Pinch reinforcement
1 to 2 layers of cross-laminated timber (CTBH or CTBX), thickness depending on strength
Insulation
Extruded polystyrene, polyurethane, or rock wool; thickness depending on thermal coefficient
Compression reinforcement
Option of wooden joists spaced 600 to 1200 mm apart, depending on load-bearing capacity
Optional punching shear reinforcement
1 to 2 layers of CTBH or CTBX timber, thickness depending on strength
External cladding
Polyester, aluminium or stainless steel

Possible applications:

• Steel, aluminium, timber, expanded PVC structures, etc.
• Pipe penetrations: steel, aluminium, PVC, IRO
• Localised reinforcements made of steel sheet, aluminium or plywood strips
