P: 16/10 to 27/10 polyester facing, gelcoat white
C: Plywood 3.6 to 5 mm
M: Core of extruded polystyrene (PSX), polyurethane (PU) or rock wool (LDR), thickness 26.5 to 100 mm
C: Plywood 3.6 to 5 mm
P: 16/10 to 27/10 polyester skin, gelcoat white

Fastening and strength
- Method of fixing the panels together:
single-component polyurethane adhesive or two-component adhesive
- Mechanical resistance by riveting:
20 kg pull-out strength at 2 points
Possible applications:
- Steel, aluminium, timber, expanded PVC structures, etc.
- Pipe penetrations: steel, aluminium, PVC, IRO
- Localised reinforcements in sheet steel, aluminium or plywood strips

- Larger panels can be produced by joining
2 High-Speed Machining (HSM) centres
- CNC machining table: 9460 x 2950 mm
